Hi people,
I'm slaving the Midi part of Logic Audio 4.7.2 to Vegas Audio 2.0h (or Acid 3.0c or Creamw@re tripleDAT HDR software) via MTC hardwired from a Motu Micro Express parallel port into an AWE64 Gold Midi In.
This kind of arrangement has always worked solidly for the last 3 years, except that in the last 4 months or so, a random click on a fader or sequence in Logic will suddenly kill the MTC signal such that it doesn't generate at all from the master application.
If I close Logic, the MTC starts again but stops if I open Logic again. The only recourse is to re-boot.
Well, it seems to me maybe this is a bug in Logic or my setup somewhere but I can't get anything out of Emagic so in desperation I'm asking if any of you guys have this kind of set up or have any suggestions as to what might be happening.
Thanks
M
