Multi-topic question

I have both studio 13 platinum and pro 14 suite. Studio, for some reason, is a bit more stable than Pro. My question is, is there a way for studio to get access to the poorest plug-ins that came with 14? The BCC Explorer in particular.
I was exporting a MP4 at 30fps in studio and the estimated file size was about 749 Meg. The actual file size was over 1 gig. It took about 40 minutes to render. The video is eight minutes and 10 seconds in length. The only 'effects' was minor rotation to level video. I imported that video into another program and rendered it again as MP4 and 60fps . This time the file size was 246 Meg. Also the time to render was MAYBE 15 minutes.
I am running Windows 10 was a Nvidia 730 graphics card. System has 18 gig of RAM and a 6 series i7 processor. Is this file size and duration normal? Wat can I do to at LEAST lower the file size.?I prefer Studio to my other program due to the amount of 3rd party add-ons and plug-ins available,

The answer is yes. The steps I used for success were:

  1. Delete any and all references to both studio and pro, including cleaning out the registry. Recommend C-Cleaner or similar.
  2. Install Movie studio.
  3. Run vegaspro14suite_dlm and select ONLY the BCC Explorer option
  4. Run and register each, and enjoy..

Hope this was helpful to someone. Besides me of course.😊
