You need to set your routing to custom in the Options | Properties
dialog. You then add multiple busses to your project and assign the
tracks to the bus. Upto 26 main busses can be setup and each can be
routed to a single hardware devices. Multiple busses can be assigned
to the same hardware as well as a "grouping" bus arrangment - i.e 6
drum tracks can be routed to Bus B, which is a drum sub mix. Bus B
can be routed to your sound card's device(s) as you see fit.
