Quick Question -- using Vegas Multi-cam mode, keys 1-9 will switch to cameras 1-9. When using > 9 cameras, is there a keyboard shortcut (or can one be mapped) for cameras 10 and higher? (I don't see any obvious way to do this with the keyboard)

Obviously, clicking the screen can accomplish this, but we generally prefer keyboard for efficiency.
