Multicamera editing refuses to work correctly

I have followed all the instructions to the letter for creating a multicamera track. My video source track events are synchronized using an external audio source, I'm selecting the video tracks to add to the multicamera track (not the track events).

When I select Create Multicamera Track the selected tracks collapse to one and in the notation on the track shows Clip 1 of 3. All good so far.

When I then select Enable Multicamera Editing the preview windows only shows one of the camera clips, not the three I was expecting. How can I get all three camera takes to show in the preview window?

If this is still selected after your choice was made, then no idea what's going wrong.

Yes, that option is still checked.

You may have no additional clip/event/camera angle at current cursor position hence no selection possible. Move the cursor where you are certain there is more the. one clip/event/camera angle.

Have you tried jumping to a spot further into the project? This is just a guess, but it could be that only one camera was rolling right at the start - so only one shot would appear until the other video tracks start up.

Thanks everyone, I've tried all suggestion with no different results.

I was able to get MC editing to work though. What I had to do was create a new project and bring in the clips I was going to use for MC editing that I had rendered down in the original project. I went through the steps of creating an MC editing project and everything worked fine.

I can't figure out what was causing my original problem. Perhaps it had something to do with the original project and its contents - a mixture of source clips from the cameras and clips rendered down for color correction and de-noising.
