MultiCamera..only one track

I'm doing a 2 camera multicamera edit. I've done it before..even on this project.. but for some reason.. when I click MULTICAMERA from the TOOLS dropdown.. I only see one video track. If I Mute that one the other will show. I'm used to seeing them side by side in one window.

If you highlight both camera tracks then create a Multicamera Track, both cams will be on the single track, as Takes, and you can toggle between them using the T key.
Multicamera view, toggled on and off with Ctrl/Shift D, shows both simultaneously, and you can edit by clicking in Preview or using the Number pad.
