Multiple audio tracks

Is it possible to create multiple audio tracks for a single video clip? For example, I would like to create a ac3 and a PCM for a certain video and then let the viewer choose which to listen to... just like in commercial DVDs...

Only if you include the video twice as well.

I thought that if you included two references to one video file then Vegas would only use one copy of that file instead of wasting the space including it twice?

Maybe I've got the wrong end of the stick.
