Multiple AVI files? HELP!

hey guys..
I created some video in VEGAS... and then I rendered them to AVi file hoping i could make a little DVD menu for them.. however I noticed that when I rendered them to AVI it broke it up into 2 seperate AVI files instead of just one.. so when i mad the media in the DVD architect.. it only includes one and the very end is missing..
am I doing something wrong? should I be rendering it as something else instead of an AVI ? or I can add the extra clip in Architect somehow?
Please advise !

How long is the video and what format are your hard drives?

Sounds like you have exceeded 18 minutes on a FAT32 drive.

Quick solution: Render to MPEG inside Vegas instead of DVDA.

awesome thanks..

question: should i just use the regular DVD NTSC format? i been reading and it says to use the DVD Video only thing...
if thats the case how do i render the audio? does architect know how to do that? or do I hit "Custom" and hit include audio? sorry im such a newbie but thanks ahead of time!

If you use the "video only" setting for the MPEG2 file (which is fine but you may need to hit custom and modify the bitrate anyway) then render the audio as AC-3.

In DVDA, add the MPEG2 file for the video and the AC3 file for the audio.
