Multiple "Scene Selection" on one DVD?

I've just captured an entire tape with scene detection via ScenalyserLive. Using the Cliplist function I have a total of 58 9-frame scene-strips which I then captured. Imported the scenes in order into Vegas6c and added markers to each scene. Using DVDA3 I then created a Scene Selection project with numbered thumbnails -- to ship off to the client for his review and scene specific comments back to me.

Fairly straightforward. But I've got 8 tapes. I used the Scene Selection instructions from DVDA Help -- Single Movie-right click-scene selection. Can I add more than one such project to a Master DVD Menu in order to accomodate two tapes so processed (tapes run about 50 min or so, so my media usage is only running about 1.8 GBs per tape. I could probably drop the bitrate down a tad and force 3 on each disc.

TIA, Darryl

Sure. I'd do the scenes in Vegas (far easier, and you can even use a script to automatically add them at event boundaries). You can export those markers from Vegas, using the script that comes with Vegas, and then import these markers into DVDA.

When you right click and create the scene selection menu, you can then go to that menu and copy/paste those buttons to another menu, if you wish. I am not clear on exactly what menu structure you are trying to create, but pretty much anything is possible once you have the buttons that go to each scene.

Thanks, I am adding the scene markers in Vegas via scripting and importing into DVDA. I even add two captured tape lists to one project, so now I have 8 menu pages with 8 thumbnails each, auto-numerically listed.

Sort of looking around to see if I can modify default thunbnail dimensions and auto-generated numeric listing to a different font/size.

Menu structure is simply menu page 1-8, with back and forward travel via arrows between pages.
