Music Compilation issues

Dear Sirs,

Can someone explain me why a BluRay Audio only disc made following the insert music compilation workaround contains about 8 hours of stereo 24bit 96 kHz of music where as while following the menu based system (by adding individual audiotracks to menu or submenu) I only get 3,5 hours of stereo 24bit 96 kHz of music on the same bluray disc ?

I also have reasons to believe that DVD A Pro 6 has some serious troubles using background images as video and images as pictures on the track-level within a music compilation (I use still images and text just in order to see on screen (TV) what artist and song is playing)
Any hints to that ?
Thank you.

Are you saying you tried to create an 8 hour long BluRay disc?

We have known for certain that DVDAPro Ver 6 does have issue with audio files ever since its release - whether this is related in any way to your observation is just something to ponder. We do not expect fixes.
If you are going to do any audio at all, I would suggest going back to Version 5.0b , or no greater than 5.2.

As far as deciphering your issue, I think it is way beyond what an ordinary forum user would experience, your best bet is retry this in a lower version and then get SCS support on the phone.

Hi Mr. Steve,

Yes indeed, the BD comes with 100 tracks (5:43:55 in 45 tracks of classical music and 4:52:55 in 55 tracks of jazz and popmusic) in total 10 hrs 40 min.
The only thing I can't do is scroll into the BD for skipping or moving up/down in the tracks of the music compilation. So once inserted into a player, it plays from start tot finish.
I have a still pict. (jpg) of my main menu but don't know how to upload it here.
If you PM mail me at koen.michels@telenet.be I can send it to you.
Open for any further assistance, I remain with best regards.
