sorry but I have NO clue where else to post this...

when I updated vegas it also installed something called music maker.

I don't need it, won't use it.

so I uninstalled it.

however I am not getting very large popup notices about sales and so on for this software and I really just want those to vanish forever and not see them ever again.

is there no way to do this? the software was removed but the popup happens anyway :(
