Absolutely Loops can do this. Check out the Bill Laswell Diaspora libraries, or the ma ja le libes. There are many texture libes that will get you to this sound, easily. With the new Acid reading features in Vegas, it's fast and easy.

I have the Yamaha Tyros... An Electric Guitar... Acoustic Guitar... I can get by Using this stuff...

When making a film I will sometimes use Popular Music on the Timeline as a rough guide to the mood of what im doing... Quite often the cuts ect end up working extremely well, but then I have to remove this Template ( Music) and replace with my own Composition ... I will (SOMETIMES ) try to compose something similar Usually I give up..Then just let loose sometimes this way I get lucky and make something even better... Sometimes I just get stuck Like where can you get A Mystical Choir Singing ...Certainly cant replicate this at least not on my Keyboard..Closely Listening to Professional Music has made me realise that something else appears to be at play here some of the Instruments are using subtle enhancements Or aded extras that I dont OR My own limited Ability Can't Replicate..

Anyway this is where for me "Loops" could help ...

Im not looking for Drum Beats or riffs But perhaps things like Mystical Choirs Or Stingers that are a cross between sound effects and Music Like stomach churning Noises or mood syntax that perhaps cant be replicate without using studio equipment..

I just bought some Buyout Music...{Sigh}... Its not ideal and I would rather Compose it myself on the timeline using loops BUT Even though i have downloaded many Samples I still havent found what Im looking for..

Any way Loops is One option Perhaps next time it may have what I need...

Thanks Spot :)

You mention loops but you don't mention if you have Acid.
With Acid Pro 4.0 (5.0 due to be released shortly I think) you could get "Mystical Choir" sounds using a midi keyboard and VST instruments.
Unbelievable the quality of free softsynths on the web. KVR.com has lots of high quality ones for free.
However, if you don't have AP4, check out some loop libraries from Sony:
Saturn and Elsewhere
Liquid Planet
Slow Silhouette
Numina

Look under PRODUCTS-Loops for ACID
You can listen to some samples from the different libraries and some have sample songs also.
There are Cinematic packages available. I'm not sure if they still have a discount if you buy several libraries at once, they used to.

Another thing that might be of interest to you...Loops on Demand.
http://mediasoftware.sonypictures.com/loop_libraries/ondemand.asp
Purchase just the loop(s) that fits your project via a download.

Hope this helps

I went through my loop library, and I can't find any mystical choir loops.
The closest I can find is mystical ambient beds created using keyboards.
An excellent example is the "hi drift bed" in the Spektral Minimalism loop CD.
You can hear it here:

http://mediasoftware.sonypictures.com/loop_libraries/ShowLoop.asp?PID=578

If it does the job, download it and use it. Samples are free!

AcidFanatic.com has loop libraries. Maybe they'd have some choir loops.

Here's a really cool product:
http://www.soundsonline.com/sophtml/details.phtml?sku=QLVOTAGS, you can have them sing whatever you want. Check out the mp3 demos.

Just wish I had the time and money...

Numina is a great loop set, you can also blend multiple loops together and pitch them to make a choir. Then there is symphony of Voices from Ilio as well. These were used ALL OVER Patriot Games and other big screen films like Black Hawk Down, etc.
