I must be dumb. How do I lay down markers in the music so I can insert video at specific beats. I know how to do this in Premiere and it is easy. Thanks for your help.

Also, to fine tune, click on the marker and hit the space bar. If the marker isn't exactly on the downbeat, you can nudge the cursor with right/left arrows. Once you have it, hit M to put the new marker in and then just delete the original.

Great tips. If you have the cursor where you want the marker, you can drag the marker there and it will snap (you don't have to create a new one and delete the old one).
