Can you give some more information on what your work flow is and when you notice you've got a problem?

When I whatched the DVD on TV I noticed that there was no sound. So I went back to wav file on the pc and it was mute too.

This is how I work:

1) I capture the video from my MiniDV
2) I edit it with VMS 4
3) I click on "Make Movie" and then "Burn it to DVD" (*)
4) At the end of the rendering I click on "Send it to DVD Architect"
5) from DVDA I say "Make DVD"

(*) Why is it called "Burn it to DVD" when actually it doesn't burn anything but I need DVDA to make the DVD?

It's possible you muted the audio track in MS4 - it should be possible to check if you've kept the project file. Assuming you've kept all the media as well, can you hear anything in the preview?

From a previous thread:

"Within Movie Studio go to Options-->Preferences-->General and turn off the option "Close media files when not the active application". Click Ok and then try going through Burn to DVD again. That should take care of the problem, let us know if it does not. This should be fixed in a future update."
