muting on the track list

As a new user I was able to mute the audio track only. I must of changed something because now when I try to mute the audio track the program mutes all tracks. Can someone tell me how I correct this problem.?

You have all track headers selected. Click on one of them and that should clear the "select all".

I was sure it was something simple like that but just hadn't noticed that all track headers were selected. Thanks for your help.
