My First YouTube Video | Made in Sony Vegas

I have to say, I'm very impressed with the results of using Sony Vegas 6, MainConcept's AVC/AAC codec, and uploading to YouTube. They accepted the file format and the distortion that occurred was "soft" in my opinion.

Anyway, I've never been a proper Star Wars nerd, however, after seeing the recent internet sensation "Chad Vader: Day Shift Manager" I was inspired to create a Star-Wars-esk trailer of my own for it. The rumor is that the show was cancelled, so my goal was to highlight my favorite moments and who knows!

Everything was cut together in Vegas. All the logo and text effects were done in Vegas, all the slow-downs and speed-ups (and there were many) were done in Vegas, all the subtle digital pan-cropping was done in Vegas, and the results were excellent. The only thing that required another program was removing the music underneath certain dialog. To do that, I played the parts of the music on my computer and sampled them as "noise" in Adobe Audition, but I'm sure I could have used some Sony equivalent. Anyway, without further adeu, "Chad Vader | EPISODE 3 is COMING", and I promise I didn't spend more than an hour on this (and I know because the TV was on)...

Of course, I would DIGG it (but how else do you spread your work?)
