My Movie Studio Platinum doesn't open .mov files

Não consigo abrir arquivos .mov. Já experimentei o Quick time, mas mesmo com ele ainda não funciona. O que posso fazer, por favor?

If that doesn't work, you'll need to analyze the specifications of the video file. MOV is only an envelope for the file. It may be made up of any of dozens of codecs, resolutions and frame rates, not all of which are easily editable.
