my network render error

OK.. I feel the pain on this forum, so I thought I'd throw my problems in the mix. I get the same "queued/failed" thing on my renderer too.
I checked the log and it says that "segment renders are not allowed".
what THE HECK is that supposed to mean??? It fails every time.

Are you using vegas 5 or Vegas 6 Demo?

I'm using a licensed copy of Vegas 5.0 (build 194).

Are you rendering to MPEG-2? If so, the MainConcept encoder won't let you do distributed renders due to licensing issues.
