My project muting too much when I render a video.

I have Movie Studio 14 Platinum, and I have a problem that needs to be fixed.

So anyway a lot of times when I render a video, it is saved with the audio totally muted. Even though I CLEARLY save the project with sound.

If you wanna know what I save it as, I save it as an mp4 file. The resolution is 1920 x 1080. This is very annoying and there has to be a solution to this. I'm not kidding it has done it 3 times in a row many times when I try saving a file.

This is especially annoying when I render a video over 15 minutes long which usually takes at least an hour to render. I shouldn't have to render a video for a second time because the program for some reason mutes the video I'm trying to save. Is there any solution to this? This is very annoying, the only reason I upgraded from VMS 13 to 14 is because I thought upgrading would fix the issue, but it didn't. Not only has the issue not been fixed, it's now worse than it ever was since this now happens most of the times when I try to render a video.

.mp4

When you play in preview do you hear the audio?

Yes, I can hear the audio just fine, it only mutes after I render the file.

When you put the rendered file back to the VMS timeline do you see audio?

No, the audio is still muted. The .mp3 file only mutes AFTER I save it.

Can you show us a screenshot of your timeline with the project?

I just add images and clip files, mostly from my camera.

Can you show us your rendertemplate?

Hope this helps.

The last time you mentioned it a Muted Video Bug, you showed a screenshot from the Make Movie wizzard and your choice for a WMV file. The screenshot I like to see is from the advanced options of your choise how you make now the mp4.

Yeah the screenshot of that is right above you.

Look, I don't know what else I can tell you. I already gave all the information I can. I hope there is a solution to this.
