My project to VCR - What's the best way

What would be the best way to get my project to a old fashioned VCR tape?

Should I render to AVI and then put back on DV tape and then record the VCR tape from the DV camera ?

How do I get the AVI to the DV Camera tape?

The way I do it is to plug my VCR into the analog output of my DV camera and then plug the DV camera into the firewire port on my PC. From VideoFactory use Make Movie and then Print your movie to DV tape but don’t put a tape in. Just make sure the camera is in play mode and the VCR is in record and the video should just pass through the camera to the VCR.

Or, you could put a tape in and make a DV master, from which other VHS copies can be made. Saves rendering time on subsequent copies.
