You would really need to contact Amazon - or the seller on Amazon if Amazon was not the direct seller - to sort the serial numbers issue out. The serial numbers will not be known by MAGIX until such time that the product has been fully registered on MAGIX's system and consequently a My Account created with MAGIX.
