I have Vegas PRO bought and installed via Steam. It launched fine on my desktop PC but it would get stuck on "Creating Windows" while launching on my laptop.

I found a number of threads about this, but couldn't get the advices to work.

SOLUTION:

- Shut down steam
- Find the steam app executable
- Right click and "Run as Administrator"
- Start Sony Vegas
