I built a new PC and none of my Sony suite will install anymore. I'm pretty sure my serial number has been blacklisted, but I no longer have my copy installed anywhere at all and would just like to install it on my new PC. I'll admit, I had it installed it on both my laptop and old PC, but I only used one copy at any one time, but also, there is no way to deactivate the original installation. I don't have any support, but I opened a ticket anyway. I am only asking for Sony to reset my serial that likely has too many activations.

I had similar issues with the last PowerDVD software I bought and they completely understood that people upgrade their computers and may have to re-install the software from time to time. They reset my account and even upgraded my Upgrade version to a Full Ultra version with a link to the latest EXE, and thanked me for being a valuable customer. Please help me, Sony! I registered and everything!

Oh, and I'm pretty sure since my serial now seems invalid to Sony's system, I'd probably need to buy a full version of Vegas 11 or 12 as I wouldn't qualify for any upgrade software as they would see my serial as invalid too.
