Are you doing an "instructional" video? If so before and after or even build it with a model. I see you have "extra lighting" in the form of external - sunlight - and some wayward ceiling fixtures too. I can't see the results of these . . sorry....
I'd need to know more about your intentions in showing this to me.
Cheers

Since you asked. I can't tell what you are trying to light. No point of interest.
When you change the camera angle, I lost all perspective of where you were. As a result, it looked like to me you were pointing the light in the wrong direction.
If you are trying to make instructive videos, I would not do it in a kitchen. Too many distractions.
if you're going to create a trainer you must construct it for your target audience - beginner, intermediate, advanced. the b&h one above does a pretty good job of covering all three, at the expense of time.
the most important thing is to show the results of your training - and as pointed out in a previous post, you NEED a subject to show the effects...
Lighting is not really about where or how many lights you set up. Lighting is about the effect of light, so without a subject there is no effect to be demonstrated and hence nothing to show. 3 point lighting is the basic stuff taught in filmschools and text books and is good enough for basic purposes. Lighting is an art best learned by working with professionals, but lacking that one needs information from professionals who can articulate their art (many cannot). One such is http://provideocoalition.com/aadamsArt Adams[/link], who has written many articles on lighting, such as http://provideocoalition.com/aadams/story/fill_light_the_underdog_of_lighting/P2fill light[/link]. Change your type face, keep it clean and simple it = is this a Russian demo.
Place your text in the middle and use Bump map fx x3 one coming in at a time onto your text from the three angles
Switch off all the lights in your kitchen and only put on the 3 lights you are going to use
Put them on one at a time as you move them
Put a person on the chair = it’s a lighting video with nothing being lit!! ?
Finally put the lights on in the kitchen, eggs take three minutes, 3 point lighting in under a minute. that should crack them up.
