NAB Class registraion process seems broken.

Mentioned this elsewhere but I doubt anyone likely to be able to fix it will see it. Gets as far as entering personal details and goes to sleep.

Nope,
still broken. In fact it tooks several goes to even get NABCLASS2005 to open this time. Seems like the servers just go to sleep.
