Though we can't share all the news about our upcoming releases, we can give you a sneak peek at a few things you can expect to see at The NAMM Show 05, including:

Drums from the Big Room: Steve Ferrone & Greg Ladanyi Drums From the Big Room<http://mediasoftware.sonypictures.com/images/boxshots/lg/drumsfromthebigroom_l.jpg> This Sony® Sound Series™ 5-disc boxed set was engineered by Grammy® Award-winning producer Greg Ladanyi (Jackson Browne, Don Henley, Toto), performed by drummer extraordinaire, Steve Ferrone (Tom Petty, Eric Clapton, Duran Duran) and recorded at O'Henry Sound Studios in Burbank, California. Structured as 15 different projects, you'll have control over room mics, ambience, placement, and compositional structure across multiple tracks.

There's nothing else like it of this caliber. Recorded with some of the best equipment in the world (including Sony C38-B microphones), we broke some big sticks to provide you with the biggest sound around.

This will be a blast and I wish I could be there. I got to attend NAMM Anaheim in 2000 and even got to play in the Dean Markley booth. (The act I was with was an endorsee. Endorser? whatever.)

Totally bizzare experience when the typical tradeshow crowd, just walking around and hanging out, turns out to be (for me) many of my musical heros.

Actually, I've been going. This is my 27th NAMM. I've only missed one year, due to a tour. VASST has a booth though, for the first time. It's a nice show to dip our feet into the very expensive trade show waters.
I'll be at NAMM on Thurs/Friday, then off to the Sundance Film Fest on Sat through the following Sunday
