Sonic Foundry

I've searched the manual and the forum, but cannot find the
information I need. My problem is that the .avi file that I
have saved to VHS tape is to big for TV viewing. The Top,
bottom and sides are cut-off.

The file was rendered as:

NTSC DV
.avi file
720 X 480
.9091 (NTSC DV)
Lower field first

I think I may have to reduce the size from 720 X 480 to
a lower setting, but to what?
