Need a Dove

randyvild2 wrote on 5/23/2004, 2:53 AM
I have filmed tons of footage for my non profit church video which is already 17 minutes in length. In one part of the video a song is sung, "Like a Dove."
Does anybody have footage of a single Dove in flight? I would really appreciate this clip to insert in VEGAS. please send to My email: randyvild@adelphia.net or if you have link that would be great.

Thank you,
Randy

Artbeats has several different single doves in their Worship collection.

WR102 and 101 in particular are beautiful, shot with extremely fast shutters, so the slow motion is perfect.

Spot,
Those two clips are very beautiful and perfect. However, they want over $400.00 for the whole set which those two Doves are the only impresive clips in the set. Everyone else I could self produce. I have left a message with Artbeats to see if they would work with me on just those two clips.

Thank you,
Randy

PS No one has a Dove farm?

If you want to go the low rent route, I suggest you try Goggle's new image search. I first entered 'dove' and got many hits, then I tired dove +animated and got the following among several others that weren't bad.

its a huge URL, maybe if you ask the guy nice he will let you use his file. If so, you can break the animated gif up and load the various still images and cut back the time to have a half way decent animation. Or better, if you got Flash, make a vector based version that can be scaled.

Randy....

In case you check here before your e-mails, thanks for the link to your site. The audio was very nice...and I checked out the video also. I'm going to assume you produced in Vegas.

In case I didn't mention it - all the video on my site (including my X-Men Movie) was all produced in Vegas. The 'baseball' clip was one of my first blue screen tests....just havin a little fun.

Anyway...hope ya find the clip you need.

Randy,
Artbeats sells individual clips too. I believe it's around $150.00, and if you are a VASST attendee, you get 100.00 off Artbeats purchases. They have individual codes they give to the VASST attendees along with the single free downloadable clip.
those doves, and everything else in the Artbeats REEL series are shot with Arri film cams. A lot of high motion/slow motion stuff is shot at 1000 fps.

JumpBacks has a Dove that I've used several times that came with one of my sets (200 mb). Here is a sample of the file: http://www.digitaljuice.com/products/products.asp?tab=t3&pid=13&jb_num=137#tabs

Perhaps they have an individual item price.
