Need additional download attempts

I have tried almost everything, and I'm almost at my wits end. I had the opportunity to download "360 Soundtracks" with my Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 upgrade and "1,001 Sound Effects" with my Sound Forge 10 upgrade. The problem was I had only three attempts to do so. I kept getting server failures and, in the process, used up all the download attempts. I now want to ask for additional download attempts as I have managed to get a better internet connection - but 0 attempts are left for both. I have left a (e-mail) message with Sony support - but nothing! I have tried almost everything else including contacting Sony locally, but they do not support Sony Vegas locally. I am hoping someone from support can read this and help out; as it is almost impossible to get through to support without having to call them from here... (South Africa). Do the support people not read their messages? My two support reference numbers are 101119-000000 and 101118-000099.
Please, someone help!!!

Hello BrauZA,

Do you have a good base install of VMS HD 10? Did you save the zip and/or download file from that?

In my experience, they put all the bundled stuff as a subset of that big download file. You don't have to download those pieces separately. If you have that big download file, you could try a re-install and see what's there.

Having said that, maybe you don't have those big download files and you are trying to download the big zip file. I am sorry you are having a hard time.

HD 10 has three components:

Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum
DVD Architect Studio
Sound Forge Audio Studio ---> is this where the 400 exclusive music soundtracks reside?

Can you download a "trial" of the component(s) that you need from a friend's computer, then put the downloaded zip or EXE file on a CD and transfer it to your computer? Then install it and register with your proper registration numbers.

I've taken to burning all downloaded software zip/EXE files to a CD and I put them in my software binder along with my OS disks and other purchased software that came with an installation CD. That way I already have them when I need them. I realize that doesn't help you now, but maybe you can download it with the above method. Good luck.

Same here!
Same problem: the download of the bonus material in bundle with Platinum 10 Production Suite was always interrupted.
I contacted Sony customer service and I hope to get some new... even though this post is both scaring and both pissing me off... customer service MUST answer their customers, otherwise, why calling it "customer service" ?
Btw, did the author of this post manage to solve the issue ?

Sony doesn't seem to respond to e-mails :/

Their customer service over the phone has been good for me though on similar issues so I suggest you call them if you are able to.
