need compositing/green screen help

I've got a half body shot of 3 singers shot against a green screen. I can invert the key and key out their silhouettes & fill them with color gradients using the fill as a parent track and the singers as a child track & multiply mask as the compositing mode. I now want to have a video background behind the silhouettes. I can't seem to key out the black surrounding the singers. You can Key out the black with the Chroma Key plugin or use the secondary color corrector, use the eye dropper to pick the black color and slide the alpha slider to make it transparent.
Put the background video on a track below.

thanks VMP, adding a second Chroma Keyer for the black did the trick.
