My DVDA activation code and registry file still not working. All I did was upgrade my PC and I have to put up with this crap. Have tried to contact Sony support via email several times for a while now but no response. Instructions from phone support do not work either.

It's not rocket science. I rec'd the code, and registry file. Followed instructions to load and activate. It didn't work. Then per customer support, opened Demo and went to "Help" then "Instant Upgrade", then "Purchase by phone" then put in code. It is still not working.

Frustration with Sony is reaching boiling point. About to give up on them and go with different DVDA software. Any advice would be appreciated.
