I have no experience with NTSC monitors and could use any help in choosing the right one.

I'm thinking I will need about a 16". It will be used for editing movies that will appear as cutscenes for a PS2 game. It will also have to be well under $1000.

I have found the JVC TM-1650SU to fit this description. Any comments on that unit?

Are there any fetures I should look for/avoid? Any help is appreciated.
