Hello,

I recently purchase a Dazzle Video Creator card, which captures from my sony 8mm cam in an MPEG
fromat. I was able to work with my previously captured files in Video Factory, but when I use the
capture program that came with it, it gives me one of those white error messages with the close/ignore
option. then the program crashes. Is there something I don't know here? Bear with me, I bought the
program today.
