Need help with effect...

I am trying to darken the corners of a video I am creating for effect. Any ideas on how I would do this? Thanks.

Try the Cookie Cutter.

Yes, cookie cutter. Use default and make these changes
to start:

Shape: Circle
Method: Cut away all but section
Feather: 0.50
Boarder: 0.50
Size: 0.540

Alternately, you could use a piece of Color Gradient Generated Media on the track above using a Black to Transparent Elliptical gradient type which will give you a lot more control over the shape. Use the transparency of the event to further fine tune the look.
