Hello editors, i would like to ask, is it possible to create test decoding effect like in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1 (2007) and 2 (2009)? I tried using ProType titler in (Sony) Vegas pro 13, until i switched to Vegas pro 18, but it just creates typing in effect. I had never found any tutorials that tell you how to make an effect that creates decoding effect, like from random gibberish of symbols and numbers to actual text. There is actually a way, by using keyframes and manually adjusting symbols, but its really tiring and not fun. Any ideas? Reference video below:
