Need help with video special effects

Is it possible to overlay an image on the background of a video? For example, videotape a person talking, and then put them in front of an image of the Eiffel Tower - voila they are now talking in Paris. This may be beyond the capabilities Video Factory 2.0, but then it is such a powerful program I thought I would ask.

You would need chroma key or luma key, which VideoFactory doesn’t have. For this you need to upgrade to Vegas. VideoFactory does have alpha key so if you could figure a way to make an alpha key of the person talking this would work in VideoFactory but you would need other software to produce the alpha key. It may be easier just to upgrade to Vegas. This was one of the reasons I upgraded.
