Hello everyone,
I have just completed one of my videos and want to upload it to Vimeo. It says that videos should be in the H.264 format but i have no idea how to make my file (widescreen DV) to this type of file in Vegas. I searched it in help and here on the site but couldn't find out how to do it.

If any one could help I would really appreciate it!!

Thanks a lot,

ice =)

The two h.264 encoders in Vegas are:
MainConcept AAC
Sony AAC

Okay I rendered it as a MP4 MainConcept file with custom settings---720x480---match media output---
and for some reason there are lines in the video.. they are around every place there is motion or zoom. Anyone know why this would be happening?

Thank you very much for the time and help,

Josh

Yes,
you need to render at Best. You need to specify a de-interlace method in your project settings. Blend generally works best.

Render in progressive scan for Vimeo to get rid of the lines
