I loaded a clip that had both a video and audio track. I need to make changes to the video event without it affecting the audio event but I can't figure out how to "separate" them so that Movie Studio treats them as 2 different events.

I want to split the video but it automatically splits the audio at the same time. I know this must be a simple thing to change but I haven't had to do it before and can't seem to find the way.
