Nero & Bluray & HD-DVD

Nero 7 enhanced advertisement says it will write Bluray & HD-DVD to data discs. Does this mean "copying" or what?

Yes,
I believe it'll write data files to them. That doesn't mean it'll author a playable disk with menus etc.
