Nestable Folder Tracks

Has anyone noticed this new feature in ACID 5, it is detailed on the ACID 5 Pro product page.

I would like this in Vegas - What are Your thoughts?

Evene better if they could render in the background :-)

Yes, nestable folder tracks that render in the background would be nothing short of awesome. It would be especially nice for all those complex composites and special effects that Vegas can do now that it has 3d (actually 2.5d), bezier masks, and rotoscoping.
