Nesting--to avoid the crash

Greetings Fam,

I have gotten a lot of help and very quickly from you all, so I want to deposit this time:

When you are working with Nests, I have so far been able to dodge my typical crash that tends to happen early right after from the main timeline click on nest icon and after the prompt to save. It tends to happen within 5 actions thereafter.

1) 3 ways to get to nest and I use the icon radio button on the bottom most bar of options

2) VP will prompt you to save. I do and include the letter N_ before the name of the nest/segment to help with work flow

3) After VP leaves the main timeline and displays that clip in the nested environment, I go and click on save again

4) close out of the project/nest

5) reopen the nest and continue your work

6) I avoid flipping back to the main timeline option by just closing out of the finished nest and open the main project back up.

I have not had a crash in the nest mode since I have made this adjustment. I am sure it is NOT a 100 percent fix, but so far, I am happy!

EDIT

Build version: 20.0 (build 326)
