.Net Framework 3 and Vegas 7

I've purchased some software that requires me to install .Net Framework 3.0. Is anybody running Vegas 7 with .Net 3.0? Any known compatibility issues?

Chances are it won't work with Vegas. No problem tho', 'cuz it'll install alongside NetFramework v2.

Ah, thanks. I had assumed MS would overwrite the old version. Vegas launches and seems to run fine after the install, so it looks safe.
