Never seen this before

Hi, can anyone help me with this? I've been using sapphire plug ins for a little while and just recently, as I was attempting to do a "screen pump" effect, the original video file appears on the top layer, and the video where I am zooming in on appears in the background. Does anyone know what the issue is or how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

@ian-hoang Welcome to the Forum! You need to supply more information.

I am using the sapphire plug-in "BlurMoCurves". As I decrease or increase the Zoom distance of the clip, the background zooms in or out, however an image of the original video clip is visible on the top layer as you can see in the video preview.

Additionally, I just noticed there is "Mocha" in the video event fx window, which I have never seen before and am not familiar with the product, which I think may play a part in my current issue.

I've used both Sapphire Edge and MOCHA. What you're saying suggest that this a form of WATERMARK for a unregistered software. In any event, I'd strongly suggest you get to BORIS customer support, I've found them to be excellent at support, and see what they say. I'd also suggest you get busy with their Community Support Forums too, as I think as this Forum is primarily a VegasPro Forum you are more likely to get a wider experience base to get timely/valuable feedback.

Turn the split screen preview effects off.
