Movie Studio Platinum 16.
I have put a custom New Blue lower third title in my project.
There are 45 segments with a title for each one.
If I exit the program and re-open the project the titles are wrong.
The only thing that remains is the text, no lower third title.
Any ideas why?
Here is what I got back from tech support.......
"Sorry you are losing aspects of your Titles when you reload your project.
I believe this is related to a known bug that our developers are working on resolving.
Could I get a screen capture of your NewBlue App Manager?
Is this happening on all your projects?
Can you send me over one of them for testing? (if you have a shorter one that would be great, if not that's fine, also there is no need to include your video/other assets)
