Once you succeed in activating NBT in VP12 you will find that there is an update available which points to ****120815 which I imagine you have installed for use in VP11.
I raised this point with NB and was told to simply update but only load the OFX items. Might be worth re installing ****120815 again and give it the new serial number. Failing that I'd uninstall the old NBT and reinstall or contact NB. Unlike SCS their response is prompt.

Best of luck

Serena, can you start a help ticket at NewBluefx.com and provide more details? For example, what version/build do you have installed, your serial number, etc...

Does anyone know, when we upgrade to VP12, is it supposed to include an upgrade to NewBlue Titler Pro 2, or is Titler Pro 2 available only as a separate purchase?

I upgraded to VP12. NewBlue Titler Pro was included, but not Version 2, only the original. I downloaded Titler Pro Version 2, but it would not accept the serial number included with the VP12 upgrade.

Please install the current version of Titler Pro 1 which you can find here:
http://www.newbluefx.com/downloads.html

Only install the OpenFX version and you will be fine in both Vegas Pro 11 and Vegas Pro 12.

There is an option when you upgrade Vegas to also upgrade to Titler Pro 2.0 which will give you a greatly reduced price and add more features.
