You can use the same serial number. You will need a new activation code though. If your new computer has internet access then this is as simple as registering the software. It will automatically contact SonicFoundry and obtain & install the new activation code. If your new computer doesn't have internet access then you should use the "register from another computer" option which will eMail you the activation code.
