After purchased a new computer (Dell xps 9720), upgrade old version Vegas pro to Vegas Pro 20. However, the new computer has issues and has to reset to the factory image. After the computer reset, I used the previou downloaded .exe file to install Vegas pro 20 (due to not finding a downloadable), it brought up the interface after installation, but can't bring up it anymore. Btw, the computer is again in very slow mode and not working correctly. Therefore, I think I will still need to reset the computer. Please let me know if I can have a new download of Pro 20 to have a fresh start. Thank you for your help.
