New Computer -- Load Software?

I just purchased a new computer today. I have been using Sony Vegas Studio Platinum on it (v 6.0b) on my old computer.

How can I load Vegas Studio on the new computer (I have the original CD's, but it's not release b)?

Do I have to remove it from the old computer?

Do I have to reregister it on the new computer?

download the latest 6.0d from this site then use your registration number again.
It should have your number in the my account section here also.

Actually for Vegas STUDIO, version 6.0b is the most recent version.

The "full" Vegas is up to 6.0d, but it sounds like he has the Studio version.

And yeah, like jimmyz said, your registration number should be in your "my software" section of this Sony website.

And legally, I don't think you have to remove it from the old computer if you aren't going to use Vegas on both computers at the same time.

And I believe you do have to re-register your new install.
