Just got a new PC and can't get Vegas to launch. It freezed the computer once it hits the Initializing video services. After doing a hard reset and trying it again, it makes me go through the registration process over. Below is the computer specs
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
P9x79WS motherboard
Geforce GTX 570 graphics card
16 GB Ram
6 TB external HD connected via ESATa
Here is what I have tried.
Did a complete unistall of vegas
Saw recent post about updating quicktime. Did that
Changed User Account Control to never.
Changed PCIe to Gen2 in bios
Tried Ctrl + shift while launching vegas
updated graphics driver to current version.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
