Hi, How do I make a simple video edit to remove or delete a piece of video? Like the beginning of a video I need to remove the first 5 seconds. Thanks

Look up 'cut' or 'split' in the help file.

For small amounts like that i find it easiest to put the cursor at the beginning of the part i want to keep, then drag the beginning of the even to the cursor. It's even better with auto-ripple enabled.
